Warren Sattler brings a wealth of real estate industry knowledge to the solar energy industry. His contacts in the real estate world, combined with his expertise in project financing and development are assets for Cardinal Solar Capital. Warren is an experienced real estate development professional with over 25 years experience in the industry, having worked for (among others) The Prudential, Trammell Crow, Studley, and Colliers International.

Warren is also an investor in XET (www.xetsolar.com), a solar power extraction technology company, and Solar Components, a solar energy company targeting the consumer market. Warren is a graduate of Stanford University (undergrad and MBA) where he studied civil engineering and alternative energy solutions.

Dennis Tsu brings over 25 years of technology development and marketing expertise to Cardinal Solar Capital. His experiences in pioneering markets for a variety of technologies from voicemail to internet appliances to wireless security provide a basis for helping Cardinal Solar Capital drive the adoption of solar energy in commercial markets.

Dennis has an undergraduate degree from Princeton University and a MBA from Stanford, where he and Warren were classmates.
