This will include:

- a projection of the energy to be generated from the system
- a locked-in pricing proposal for your solar energy for the next 20 years
- a projection of your savings on electricity relative to public utility prices
- a project installation schedule, and associated list of our requirements
- two legal contracts - as described above - the roof lease and the solar PPA
